Tendai Muqetu is a seasoned actuarial professional and client relations leader with extensive experience in financial services and risk advisory. She currently serves as Client Relations Manager at Minerva Risk Advisors Zimbabwe, where she spearheads client engagement strategies, portfolio optimization, and risk management initiatives.
With a strong background in actuarial science and over seven years of progressive experience across life assurance, pensions, and investment advisory, Tendai has developed expertise in portfolio analysis, compliance, and stakeholder management. Her career highlights include leading pension fund audits, driving portfolio shifts that increased returns, and implementing risk strategies that reduced portfolio risk.
An alumnus of the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe, Tendai graduated with First Class Honours in Actuarial Science and has completed several professional examinations with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA). She is passionate about investor protection, mentorship, and analytics, aligning his work with the Fund’s mission to safeguard investor confidence and promote financial inclusion.
